Cortona3D Standard Support is available for customers by e-mail.

Customers holding valid support and maintenance contracts are entitled to all major and minor upgrades for one year free of charge.

Please follow procedures outlined below to enable us to respond effectively to your query:

E-mail: If you are using a licensed copy of Cortona3D (previously known as Virtual Manuals), please send the following information to support@cortona3D.com (or if you are using a trial version, please e-mail EvalSupport@cortona3D.com instead)

  1. Your name
  2. The Product name and Version  
  3. Detail of problem (steps to reproduce)
  4. Severity of problem, one of - blocker, critical, major, normal, minor, trivial
  5. Attachments - the PROJECT showing the problem 
  6. Attachments - the LOG FILES.
