Install Drive Shaft on BackPlate.

Install the Ball Bearing Assy.

Install the retaining ring from the backplate.

Install the drive key on the drive shaft.

Install two doweling pins on the casing.

Install the case gaskets on the casing.

Attach BackPlate Assy to Casing and secure with bolts.

1. Attach BackPlate Assy to Casing.

2. Secure with bolts.

Install the idler shaft.

1. Install the idler shaft.

2. Install the key.

3. Install the idler gear.

4. Install the expansion washer and long bushing.

Install the Drive Gear

1. Install the drive gear.

2. Install the key.

3. Install the expansion washer and long bushing.

Install two dowelling pins on the casing.

Install the casing gaskets.

Install the faceplate.

2. Secure the faceplate to the casing with bolts.
