All training can be tailored to customer need but typical courses run for one to two days and follows a similar format:
Introduction to Basic 3D Concepts
The trainee gains an understanding of basic 3D concepts, organizing working environment and navigating in a 3D environment. The workflow for the entire process, from importing 3D models to publishing interactive documents, is mapped and explained.
Importing and Optimizing 3D Models (CAD files)
The process for creating new Projects and importing 3D models from CAD systems are demonstrated and explained.
Basic Authoring Techniques
The basic functionality of Cortona3D tools are demonstrated to the trainee who is asked to perform tasks and practice creating simple interactive documents with animations.
Advanced Authoring Techniques
Once the trainee is familiar with basic functionality, more complex features are demonstrated and the trainee practices 3D authoring tasks based on the demonstrated actions.
Publishing
At the end of this module, the trainee understands the publishing process and how to customize the appearance of the final published digital document.
