The continued expansion and improvement of the Cortona3D Rapid tools continues with the launch of version 5.0 on 21 April 2010. As the leading provider of 3D technical publications tools we continually strive to improve and extend our products.
This webinar will provide an overview of the new features and improvements in the tools. Two key areas we will demonstrate are:
- Improved Content Management Systems Integration - Improvements in communication and workflow integration with Content Management Systems will allow the Rapid tools to connect with any existing technical publications content management and/or workflow management system.
- Link to and Launch External Editors - Links can now be established to a structured document. This is then available for editing in an external editor, if needed you can launch an external CGM editor. This means users will be able to use their existing, familiar editing tools during the transition to Cortona3D's totally 3D driven authoring processes.
These and additional features offer a range of authoring improvements aimed at delivering process and workflow improvements also including performance improvements in 2D/3D illustration generation.
